A traditional berry/ egg basket with a simple handle.

This little basket is perfect for foraging fruits or eggs.

Perfect for beginners with no experience or those who want a refresh.

You will learn how to make a small basket base, sides, wailing weave and a 4 rod behind 2 border.

All materials provided and refreshments. Please bring your own lunch.

Lampshade Workshop – Sunday 19th April 2026

Make your very own feature willow lampshade for your home.

Using a ‘zigzag’ weave or plain wailing weave and assorted willow colours you will create a 40cm diameter size oval or cylinder shaped shade.

Prevoius weaving experience essential.

The Saturday afternoon will be your chance to practice a number of weaves. You will then select which you will use on your basket on the Sunday.

Sunday will be a full day of constructing your basket with selected weaves, border and handle to finish.
